Registration Fee

The Registration starts from Sunday afternoon at 4pm until 8pm July 24th 2016. The registration fee includes welcome mixer with drinks, hors d’oeuvre on Sunday, Monday evening cultural event, all scientific sessions, three symposium lunches, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and book of abstracts.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome mixer, Monday entertainment, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Fee Rates:
Regular Registration – Early Deadline (April 29, 2016):  520 Euros (after deadline fee increases by 20%)
Student Registration:       300 Euros
Accompanying Spouse:   200 Euros
Gala Conference Dinner:  60 Euros



REFUNDS The 3% handling fee is non-refundable after April 29, 2016. After May 15, 50 % of the registration fee is refundable and 100 % of Conference Dinner is refundable. There will be no refunds for any paid fees (e.g. accompanying person, registration, dinner, excursion) after June 15 2016, however the conference materials will be sent to the absentee.

Notification of cancellations must be sent by fax to Richard Dick (1 614 -292- 7432).  After June 15, 2016  no refunds of the registration fee can be given.

Registration and Payment Instructions

  1. At the bottom of this page click on “Click here to register.” which will take you to the page where you put your personal information. In the form below, select YES or NO on whether you plan to attend the Monday evening entertainment (no extra charge).
  2. To determine your fees use drop down menus for Registration Fee, Accompanying Person Fee(s), and Conference Dinner (60 Euros per person).  Please note the total includes the 3% transaction fee.  ONLY CHOOSE ONE OF THE PAYMENT OPTIONS.
  3. Above in the in Registration section for the window that says “Registration Fee:” enter the fee amount you have chosen from the list of payment options under the heading REGISTRATION FEES.
  4. Hit “SUBMIT” Button to submit information and to calculate your total payment.
  5. On this next window, check your registration information for accuracy and if you need to make changes hit “BACK” button to make changes OR if it is OK choose “Confirmed ”
  6. PAYMENT OF FEES: After completing Point 5, you will then see a  button that says “Pay Now” – click on this and you will see two options for payment.  The top window is if you have a PayPal account and want to pay from that.  However, if you want to pay by credit card or debit card, go down the page and click on “Don’t have a PayPal account” – Note that the amount you owe shows up in a window on the left side of the page and you are on a secure site (the “https” on the URL address line indicates you are at a secure site). 
  7. Now a heading comes up that says “Pay with a debit or credit card” and below that you will see windows to fill in your credit or debit card information. Then after double checking your credit or debit card information hit the “Pay”  button and the next window will show your information.
  8. The next page comes up with your name and billing information for your card for a final check on the information you entered previously (Note that on lower right hand side if you are paying from the USA, the charge will be converted to US dollars).  If this looks OK then hit “Pay Now” and this will then cause your card to be charged.
  9. You will receive 2 emails, one indicating you have registered and another one that is the receipt of the Conference Payment made through PayPal. If you did not receive either of these emails, check your junk email box but if you do not find it there contact Richard Dick at
